Retail Renovation: The former amphitheater was transformed to include outdoor dining, an outdoor “living room” with fireplace; enhanced hardscape and seating; an iconic clock tower, covered escalator; pop jet fountain and performance stage. Building facades were enhanced while keeping the basic form of the existing structures and adding a variety of layering in reference to local architecture. Outdated features were replaced by new elements such as trellises, arches, awnings and updated exterior lighting.
