Community Shopping Center: Countryside Marketplace is a 68-acre retail village located in Riverside County. The project was designed to provide a vibrant destination for the community, as well as a shopping and dining experience the entire family can enjoy. The design was inspired from Agrarian-style architecture, infusing the shopping experience with a historical foundation and indigenous references. The intent was to create an active and attractive village market environment with a streetscape of interesting building façades, integrated landscaped pedestrian pathways and public spaces for dining.
